Cross-Cultural Experiences

London is justly famous for "things British," but it is also one of the world's leading cross-cultural cities, in which persons of many religions, races, cultures, and national origins live together in relative harmony. Dr. Unks has carefully structured a series of small-group walks wherein participants visit the "other-cultural" London--the part of London that tourists rarely see. (It's absolutely safe.) However, participants do not merely stroll through these neighborhoods; they engage in activities that bring them into close contact with the residents and their cultural elements. We also work with a local school to give participants an additional cross-cultural opportunity.
